I spent decades of my life stuck in my dysregulation, unable to move forward, and feeling like I was broken.
I tried almost everything out there, from talk therapy to reading all the books to weekend retreats.

It wasn’t until I began working directly with the nervous system through somatic healing that everything changed for me.
