I’m a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner whose work focuses on trauma healing, attachment, parts work, and nervous system regulation.

But I didn’t come to this work as an expert first. I came to it as someone who was stuck.

I spent decades of my life stuck in my dysregulation, unable to move forward, and feeling like I was broken.

I tried almost everything out there, from talk therapy to reading all the books to weekend retreats.

And while I found some relief, nothing seemed to last long term.

It wasn’t until I began working directly with the nervous system through somatic healing that everything changed for me.

I stopped fighting myself… and for the first time, I felt a sense of safety in my own body.

From there, everything changed.

Growth stopped feeling threatening.

I became someone who could respond to life instead of constantly reacting to it — someone who could feel more steady, hold more, and move forward without everything feeling so hard.

There’s nothing special about me. I just learned how to help my nervous system feel safe — and that’s what I want to teach you.
