I’m a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner whose work focuses on trauma healing, attachment, parts work, and nervous system regulation.
But I didn’t come to this work as an expert first. I came to it as someone who was stuck.
I spent decades of my life stuck in my dysregulation, unable to move forward, and feeling like I was broken.
I tried almost everything out there, from talk therapy to reading all the books to weekend retreats.
And while I found some relief, nothing seemed to last long term.
It wasn’t until I began working directly with the nervous system through somatic healing that everything changed for me.
Momentum stopped feeling forced.
Growth stopped feeling threatening.
My body stopped fighting my next level — and I became someone who could handle more.
There’s nothing special about me. I just learned how to make expansion feel safe — and that’s what I want to teach you.
